The Paddington Society Committee, Society Members, and interested parties are invited to The Paddington Society Annual General Meeting 2025. In addition to a few formalities, we will report on what we have done in the past year to protect Paddington’s heritage and amenity. We will also outline plans to address current and emerging concerns. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues.

The Annual General Meeting Agenda

1. Apologies.
2. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, held 18 November 2024.
3. To receive the President’s Report of the Society’s activities for 2024/25.
4. To receive and consider the Treasurer’s Report for the 2024/25 Financial Year.
5. To move a vote of thanks to the Auditor.
6. To appoint an Auditor / Auditors for the 2025/26 Financial Year.
7. To elect Office Bearers and Committee Members.
8. Any other business.

Proxy voting is not permitted at annual general meetings of the Society.

The opportunity to join the Committee is open to Society members. If you wish to nominate yourself or another member to join the Committee, please email the Secretary, and we will provide a nomination form. Nominations must be received no later than 6:00 pm Monday 10 November 2025.

New Committee positions are to be taken up immediately following the Annual General Meeting of the Society and to run until the closure of the next Annual General Meeting unless otherwise determined in accordance with the Society’s Constitution.

Light refreshments will be served after the meeting, so please RSVP (Get Tickets below) for catering purposes. It’s a great opportunity to meet fellow members and others who are passionate about Paddington.
